CRM Beta Download and Installation

The CRM beta is currently available for iOS, Windows, and Android. This document provides a walkthrough for installation on each platform.

Requirements

  1. Must have received the Beta invitation email.
  2. Authorized to use CRM from within the RFMS Online Services site.
  3. RFMS access.
  4. API service enabled. 
  5. Internet access.

Installation Guide

iOS
  1. Tap the "View in TestFlight" button in the beta invitation e-mail.

  2. If TestFlight is already installed on your device, tap "Accept" and CRM will be installed. Otherwise, proceed to Step 3.

  3. Copy the 8-letter code that is displayed.

  4. Tap the "Get TestFlight from the App Store" link.

  5. Install TestFlight.

  6. If the TestFlight screen is still open in the App Store, start it by tapping the "Open" button. Otherwise, tap the TestFlight icon on your device's Home Screen.

  7. If prompted to allow notifications, select "Allow"

  8. Tap the "Continue" button if it appears in the TestFlight app.

  9. Tap the "Redeem" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  10. Enter the 8-letter code from Step 2 and tap "Redeem".

Windows

Note:

In order to install CRM for Windows, you must log into the Microsoft Store with a personal, "non-work" Microsoft account. Creating such an account is free and does not require the purchase of any Microsoft products. This is a restriction imposed by Microsoft that RFMS cannot lift. Alternatively, if your work email is linked to an Office 365 account, you can login to the Business Store for Microsoft with your work email. However, your Office 365 administrator must have the RFMS CRM app on the approved list.

  1. Go to Windows' Start Menu and type "Store". The Microsoft Store should be the first result.
  2. Click on the Microsoft Store icon.

  3. Tap the Account button in the upper-right corner of the screen
  4. Confirm that you are logged into the Store using the same e-mail address that received the CRM beta invitation. If you are not logged in, click the "Sign In" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

  5. Open the Search bar in the upper-right corner of the screen and search for "rfms crm" (without quotes).

  6. If your e-mail address has been authorized to access the beta, the search will return the results shown below. Click on the RFMS CRM icon.

    Note:

    If the search yields no results it means that you are not logged in with a "non-work" Microsoft account.

  7. Click the "Get" button.

  8. Click the "Install" button and the CRM download will begin.

Android
  1. Open the Google Play Store and tap the Menu button in the upper-left corner of the screen.

  2. Check the upper-left corner of the menu that appears and confirm that you are logged into the Store using the same e-mail address that received the CRM beta invitation.

  3. Tap into the Search bar and enter "rfms crm" (without quotes).

  4. If your e-mail address is authorized to access the beta, the search will return RFMS CRM as the top result. Tap the CRM icon.

  5. Tap "Install" and the app will be downloaded and installed on your device.
