Allow RFMS Mobile Users to View Work Orders

Any RFMS Mobile user can be allowed to view work orders. You can manage who has access to view work orders through the RFMS Online Services website.

How To:

1. Log in to the RFMS Online Services website with your Measure administrator credentials.
2. Click on the tile labeled "Users".
3. In the upper right corner, click on the Permissions icon . This will open a dialog box for settings regarding what can be viewed by an RFMS Mobile user.
4. At the bottom of the list there is an option for Schedule Pro. Check the boxes to specify which roles are allowed to view Schedule Pro work orders. This option can be enabled for more than one role.
5. The Schedule Pro option will be available in the side bar menu of RFMS Mobile for users who have been granted permission.
