How to Set and View Salesperson Goals – RFMS Beta Apps & API

Salesperson goals are set by those with an administrator/manager role while in the CRM app. To access these settings go to the Reports screen, , then tap the Goals icon, , in the upper right corner.

How Does a Salesperson See Their Individual Goal?

An individual salesperson can view their set goal when they open the Leaderboard of the Reports screen in CRM.

Viewing the Goals Screen

The timeline defaults to the current year. Move forward or backward along this timeline by tapping the arrows.

Note: In the example below a single salesperson has been selected so they are the only one listed on the Goal board.

Monthly goals will be set to $0 by default until edited by an administrator or manager.

Editing Goals

To edit a monthly goal tap the box and type in the desired number or use the up/down arrows.

Set Goals for Multiple Salespersons at Once

1. Select a month column by tapping the month name at the top

2. In the box that comes up enter the goal amount and select OK

The same goal will be set for all salespersons for that month.
