We want to inform you of upcoming scheduled maintenance that will temporarily affect access to some RFMS services. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to system performance, security, and reliability.
Please note the following planned downtime windows (all times in Central Time):
📅 Saturday, November 1, 2025 – starting at 8:00 PM CT
Services impacted:
- RFMS Public API
- RFMS Mobile (Online Version)
- RFMS CRM (Online Version)
- RFMS Online Services
- RFMS Next
📅 Saturday, November 8, 2025 – starting at 8:00 PM CT
Service impacted:
- My Flooring Link
- My Flooring Links will not load during this time, so approval and payment links sent to consumers will not be available.
- Cyncly Pay pages opened in RFMS Core
📅 Saturday, November 15, 2025 – starting at 8:00 PM CT
Service impacted:
- measureconnect.com
⏱ Expected resolution for all dates:
Services should be fully functional by 5:00 AM CT the following morning.
